Contracts
Business customers are welcome to use us on an ad-hoc basis, for which our charges are £79 plus VAT per hour.
Alternatively you can become a contract customer. Full contract customers receive a discount against our standard onsite rates and all contract customers have access to telephone and remote control support in addition to our onsite and workshop services.
The idea is simple - you purchase a number of hours from us and then call on these hours whenever you need assistance. The more hours you purchase, the lower the hourly rate.
Contract customers are assigned a contract number and any work carried out is logged against this. You can then use your support hours as required. Every quarter we send you a statement of the hours already used and remaining*.
If you use more than your quarterly allocation of hours, any additional hours will be charged at our base support rates.
If you have any hours remaining at the end of the quarter, they will be carried forward (up to a maximum of one quarter’s allocation).
* Base Support contracts are billed annually with additional hours being billed on completion.
