Whatever you use your home machine for, we understand how frustrating it can be when it's not working.

Soundbyte are one of only a few professional support companies locally that still provide a service to residential customers and we are committed to getting you working again as quickly as possible.

Onsite services are provided to customers within a 30 minute radius of our Thame offices. Make a booking with us and an engineer will call and resolve the fault onsite.

You will only be billed for the time the engineer is actually with you - we don't charge for travelling time.

Our charges for onsite work are £30 inclusive for the first thirty minutes and then £1 per minute after that. The minimum charge is £30.

However many problems, especially disk or virus problems, are better dealt with in our workshop because of the time involved in these repairs.
