ASM from Soundbyte is a service designed with your peace of mind, in mind.
Every weekday morning we’ll perform a thorough check on your server, before you even start work.
We’ll check;
- Your backup is complete to make sure your data is safe.
- Your anti-virus pattern file to make sure your protection is always up to scratch
- Your disk space to ensure your system won’t crash and your workers left unproductive whilst you recover
- Your Exchange email system to make sure it doesn’t fill up and collapse leaving you floundering until it’s fixed.
- Your hard disk and memory health to ensure your system is always in peak operating condition.
This check is performed automatically - not relying on staff who may be off sick or on holiday.
If we notice something wrong we’ll log a fault with our helpdesk so that we can act on
problems immediately and cut downtime. We’ll even send you a short note to confirm the checks carried out and their results.
And we’ll do a this for just a minute every weekday and then we’ll keep watching. Every fifteen minutes we’ll ask your server if it’s feeling ok, checking processes, disk usage and more.
Errors are visible to our helpdesk, allowing us to warn of problems developing and diagnose faults faster.
