Remote Support

SoundByte can bring our support services to you directly through the power of the internet. Using our Soundbyte Remote application server, we can (at your request) connect to and control your PC from our offices, bringing support, help and advise as if we were sitting in front of your machine.

See below for details of how we charge for this service :

 We charge £1 plus VAT per minute, with a minimum of 15 minutes.

 Business Contract Customers

 Time is taken from your quarterly support contract

 To use this service you need access to the internet. Our support technician will talk you through everything you need to do.

Call us if you need remote assistance. In busy times we may need to book an engineer to call you back.
