Onsite Service
We provide onsite service to business and residential customers. Our engineers are familiar with PC hardware and software problems, networks, servers and all popular peripheral types.
We prioritise calls based on need, so that we can respond to your problem efficiently and effectively - keeping downtime to a minimum.
All our onsite visits are booked in to our daily diary at a time convenient to you. Following a visit, our engineers record details of the call and this information is then emailed to you.
Our charges for non-contract business customers are:
£ 75 plus VAT per hour - we do not charge travelling time.
Contract customers receive up to a 35% discount on these charges, dependent on the number of hours purchased. Please call us for details of our contract rates.
Residential customers in Thame and the surrounding villages get a special onsite rate of £30inc for 30 minutes.
